A consensual power-exchange practice in which one person controls another's money or financial decisions, often within a D/s dynamic. The submissive or pay partner gives up spending autonomy, pays tributes, or hands over financial control to a dominant.
For most participants the money itself is secondary to the psychological charge: the transfer of control, the ritual of sending, and the humiliation or devotion that comes with it. Some dynamics involve ongoing financial submission, while others are scened or transactional.
Worth knowing: Because real money and real financial security are involved, clear limits, agreed sums, and the ability to stop are essential, and a responsible dominant never pushes a submissive past what they can safely afford.
